We only collect what's necessary to run the service

We collect information you provide directly (account, profile, workspace content) and information generated through your use of the platform (logs, device metadata, feature usage). We do not sell personal data.

How we use information

Your data powers your service — nothing else

To provide and improve the service, communicate about your account, support your team, and meet legal obligations. AI features process your prompts in real time and are not used to train shared models.

Data sharing

We never sell your data — limited sharing with vetted vendors

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf under strict contracts (Azure infrastructure, payment processors, analytics). We disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

Export or delete your data anytime

We keep your information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Access, correct, delete — your data, your call

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing. Email privacy@codeblox.com to exercise these rights.

Security

SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypted end-to-end

We are SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and undergo annual third-party penetration tests. Report security issues to security@codeblox.com.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and optional analytics cookies (with consent). You can adjust preferences anytime in cookie settings.

EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place

Data may be transferred and processed in countries outside your own. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Not for children under 16

CodeBlox is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
